• Once a product has been purchased, it cannot be returned, even if unopened.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@embracelux.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will assess the issue and determine the next steps.
